Please email your progress shots to us at challenges@strngofficial.com between our check in dates to ensure your challenge entry continues!
* We need a front, side and rear shot of your physique ideally in the same angle and poses as your initial entry pics.
* Ensure you are wearing similar clothing to your initial entry pics.
* Hold an A4 sheet of paper stating your name, the date, and STRNG JANUARY CHALLENGE.
* Absolutely NO editing or filters allowed!
REMEMBER! Each participant who checks-in for all trimesters will automatically receive 6 months FREE on the STRNG Fitness app at the end of the challenge!
CHALLENGE DETAILS 📝
👉 12 weeks - Starting on Monday the 9th of January '23
👉 Sign-ups;
Open -> Friday 16th of December 5pm GMT
Close -> Monday the 16th of January 5pm GMT
👉 Check-ins every 4 weeks - We will ask for you to submit new physique images on week 4,8 and 12. Each time we will choose a winner to have a video call with Lisa and Romane.
Challengers who check in all the way through will receive 6 months free on the app!
