Enrol in our latest challenge using the web form at the bottom of this page & including your starting photos.
To participate you must be a STRNG premium member.
The challenge will last 8 weeks and you can choose to follow any guide or workout plan from the STRNG App. Lisa will be doing her "LISA LEAN GUIDE"and"ROMANE SHRED GUIDE" for the duration of the challenge.
Note: Remeber to save your before photos after submitting on enrolment holding up a proof of date and to take an after photo at the end of the challenge (at the same angle as the first photo), again holding up proof of date.
